Tournament Souvenir Program Book

We are planning a very extensive tournament program with lots of information, including directions and maps to parks and other important facilities, valuable coupons for local businesses, good luck ads and team rosters and pictures.

Team Photo for Souvenir Program Book

We would like each team to submit a team photo in .jpg format with a minimum 300 dpi. This will be included in the program book FREE of charge. Please email it to the address listed below along with a paragraph-style listing of team members as they appear in the photo. This listing should go back row to front row, left to right, starting with the person in the back left portion of the photo and ending with the person in the front right portion. Also include the name and hometown of your team, as you would like it to appear in the book and on the screen.

Deadline for submission of Team Photo is July 5, 2010.

Good Luck Souvenir Program Book Ads

Family, friends and team supporters can submit a Good Luck Ad to be included in the tournament program book. Ads are $50 for a 1/8 page ad  includes small photo with 15 words and $100 for a 1/4 page ad with 20 words and a large photo/logo.

Deadline for submission of Good Luck Ads is July 5, 2010.
